At Avas Weddings, we are committed to making your event a success and that you are happy with your purchase. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise . However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we reasonably can to make you happy.
We cannot accept returns on any products that have been personalized or customized in any way including edibles and candles. We also cannot accept returns on sample items .
Shipping fees are not refundable.
We will only accept returns within 10 days of the time you receive your order. Merchandise must be in its original packaging and condition.
Any items that are returnable are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.
For your own protection, please use a shipping service with a tracking number and insure items against damage We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.
Avas Weddings must be contacted for authorization to return any items.
